Regional Powerlifting in Gresham

Welcome Ceremony & Lunch Break Between Squat and Bench
- More detailed competition information will be sent to Head Coaches and LPCs after team rosters are received, divisions are created, and the event nears. Good luck to athletes and coaches as you train and prepare for this competition.
- In addition to an on-site coach meeting, a webinar/call will be set for Head Coaches prior to competition. Please stay tuned for this date and time.
NOTE: Wilkes formula will NOT be used for regional competition in 2023. This is reflected in 2023 SOOR Powerlifting
