On behalf of Special Olympics Oregon, I want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to you for your unwavering support and enthusiasm in creating an incredible experience at Saturday’s 2023 Plane Pull. Together, we created a day filled with smiles, laughter, and unforgettable moments, all in the name of supporting Special Olympics Oregon Athletes. And we couldn’t have asked for a better location than the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum – thank you for hosting us!

We are thrilled to announce that we raised almost $60,000 to benefit our athletes. It’s not too late to make a difference! Remember, the funds raised will help Special Olympics Oregon provide year-round sports training, competition, leadership opportunities, and health services to more than 12,000 Special Olympics participants of all abilities.

Your enthusiasm elevated the day, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Also, thank you to our Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) partners for kicking off our event with a memorable Yamhill Torch Run and for being our referees, timers, and medical support!

🏆 Fastest Pull Awards: Congratulations to all the teams who demonstrated incredible strength and determination during the Plane Pull. Your speed and agility were impressive, and we hope to see you back in action next year!

  • Unified Team: Team Air Raid who also raised $2,538
  • Conqueror Team: Mesher Muscle who also raised $18,350
