Ivory and John Pike
Introducing Ivory Moore-Pike from Douglas County Winston, Oregon!
Ivory has been competing with Special Olympics for a very long time – 28 years! She has competed in soccer, swimming, bowling, basketball, softball, track & field, wellness events, and training camps. Ivory has been all over the SOOR program!
She loves bocce ball and is excited to be playing with her dad, John, who is participating as a Unified Partner. Ivory’s friends and family are very important to her, together with dancing, camping, and taking vacations – especially to Disney!
Introducing John Pike
John Pike is a Unified Partner who will be playing with his daughter Ivory. John has participated in bocce and the walking group in Douglas County.
John also enjoys travel, camping, fishing, and of course walking. Being part of the delegation that represents Oregon is exciting for him. He is looking forward to all the ceremony of the USA Games. And the competition is going to be exciting, with athletes from across the States!
