Qigong Flow

Join Qigong instructor, Ben Rosen for a 1-hour Qigong flow.  Qigong is an ancient form of Chinese movement meditation. Combining energy and breath in the body, qigong transforms ordinary movements into self-healing alchemy.  It also Improves sleep, helps with focus, and calms the nervous system.
