Join Rick Frasier for a fun Nutrition and Culinary Skills class!
Memories are made in the kitchen, yet with today’s drive-thru’s and processed ready-to-eat meals, we are eating unhealthily and denying our family of precious memories and traditions. The cooking skill, that is no longer taught in school, is key to creating chemical free foods while supporting memorable social gatherings. The old proverb of, “Give a man a fish he eats for a day, teach a man to fish he eats for a lifetime” has been telling us this for generations. Together let us learn to create fresh, enjoyable, chemical free foods for our families and ourselves. Bon Appetit.
