Mental Toughness in Sports

We are all familiar with the physical side of sport, but many of us have not taken much time to consider the mental and emotional aspects of our sports. Join our amazing intern, Anna Hansen for a 4-week class that includes 1-hour sessions on Friday afternoons to learn more about goals, motivation, performance states, and mental pre/post-competition activities.
