Getting Fit with Coach Greg

Every week Coach Greg will take you through a variety of exercises to challenge your whole body. We will cover 5-6 exercises each workout for a total of 3 rounds. The workout class should last about 30-45 min so please make sure you allow enough time to take part! These workouts will be very similar to Fitness as a Sport, which many athletes are already familiar with. Show up to these workouts with some light weights (5lbs dumbbells or soup cans work), some comfy clothes and a positive attitude!
