Join us for an exciting Health Workshop with the George Fox University Doctor of Medical Science Program students

What we eat does not just affect our physical health: it can also affect our mental health and wellbeing.  Like an expensive car, our body functions best when it gets only premium fuel. Eating high-quality foods that contain lots of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants nourishes the whole body and protects it from damage.  It also has been proven that eating well can improve your sense of wellbeing and your mood.  To make these modifications, you do not have to make big changes to your diet.  A presentation by the George Fox Doctor of Medical Science Program addresses how these correlations can be implemented into your daily life, via a fun filled informative presentation on May 18, 2022 from 5pm – 6pm, via zoom.
