Fitness Challenge Weekly Meet-Up
Monday, May 30 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Join Team Oregon athletes and Challenge Leaders each week to learn more about the weekly healthy theme and:
- Share tips for making healthy choices
- Learn healthy habits to improve fitness and sports performance
- Hear fun ideas for how to get your steps in each day
- Motivate your fellow challengers!
Attending these each week is not required to participate in the challenge but it will be a fun time to connect with other athletes and stay inspired!
