The 2023 Special Olympics Oregon Summer Regional Games Athletics competition at Clackamas High School will take place on Sunday, June 25, 2023.

 

Below and attached is some information to assist you with your planning. Please review carefully and share this with your athletes, coaches, and supporters. This is the final memo including the finalized schedule and master list of competitors. GENERAL SCHEDULE OF EVENTS 

8:30am                            Coach Check-in

9:15am                            Coaches meeting

9:40am                            Opening Ceremonies

10:00am                          Competition Begins

11:30am 1:30pm          Lunch break for all

4:00pm                            Competition ends (may change due to participation counts)

Other Important Information:

Souvenirs-                      Merchandise will be available to purchase from Events by Idea on the day of the event.

Concessions-                 There will be concessions available for purchase during the meet, this has changed since the last memo

Young Athletes-            This Regional will feature a Young Athletes clinic at the north end of the stadium.
